Young adults come together to learn more about “adulting” with MS. Timely daily discussions will be followed by fun afternoons of adventure and/or relaxation.

We are excited to announce Oscar’s Empowerment Exchange will be taking place
July 27-August 1, 2026! The Empowerment Exchange will be held in Minneapolis, MN.
The deadline for all completed registrations is July 1, 2026.
The age requirement for Oscar’s is high school graduation year 2025, through age 25 (new participants) or up to age 30 (returning participants)
At this time, all participants must be independently mobile and able to perform self-care tasks. If you have concerns or questions, please email us to discuss accommodations.
The Empowerment Exchange personnel will include staff and volunteers from Oscar the MS Monkey.
Staff will be on-site throughout the week.

While you are welcome to bring your car to camp, we ask that you do not transport other campers from place to place during camp. Oscar’s crew will provide transportation or present options as needed.
Additionally, the hotel parking fee is $15/day

You are required to attend all education sessions. Other group activities are greatly encouraged as we are all in camp to create a warm and welcoming community, offer input, learn from our peers, and be “present” for each other. This is a unique opportunity and we hope you will find yourself fully immersed in all things Oscar during camp!

Oscar’s crew will secure 3 meals each day for all campers. The first meal provided is dinner on arrival day. On departure day, we will send you off with our final breakfast to get you on your way.
As much as possible, we work to meet dietary needs of all participants. If you have special dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can work with you and learn about your preferences.

We would prefer you register for our family camp if you are bringing a significant other.

You may only bring your child if they are under 12 months. You must also bring someone to care for your child while you participate in group sessions. You are financially responsible for your child’s caregivers, which equals $850 per person (lodging and meals)
