Become a Camp Mentor!

Apply to become a mentor for Oscar’s Teen Camp! Mentors are young adults who have been to Oscar programming, and would like to assist during Teen Camp.

Mentors and staff arrive at camp on July 16 (the day before campers). Camp dates are July 17-22

Mentors may choose to stay for the remainder of the Empowerment Exchange, which is held at the same location in conjunction with the Teen Camp (Empowerment Exchange dates are July 19-24).

Mentor Duties:
- Assist with camper discussions
- Be a role model for the teenagers
- Participate in all camp activities and discussions
- Help take photos for the camp yearbook!
- Attend pre-camp training (virtually)

All applicants will be required to take part in an interview with camp staff. Not all applicants will be chosen as mentors, as the number of mentors needed is dependent on the number of teenage campers registered.
